Q - What is CDPulse.tv?
A - CDPulse.tv services provide our clients with the ability to broadcast live and prerecorded media content over the Internet. Our easy to use hosting accounts can have your content available directly from your website in a matter of minutes. CDPulse.tvs core services include On-Demand hosting services and live-eCasting services.
Q - How long have you been in business?
A - CDPulse.tv and CDPulse.com have been in business since 2003.

Q - What do I need to eCast live audio/video from my computer?
Please Note: You may already own compatible camera's and computer equipment that is sufficient for live broadcasting. Please contact us at david@cdpulse.com with your make and model of cameras and computers you presently own, and tech support will research your equipment you presently own and notify you within 48 hours.
A - Minimum System Requirements are:
- Computer: Dual Core Processor with 2 GB ram and with a firewire port running Windows Operation System.
- Any video input device such as a camcorder with a firewire port
- Internet connection with 300 kbps upload rate or better.

Q - What cables do I need to eCast live audio/video from my computer?
A - Cables are as follows:
All cameras have a standard 4-pin firewire connection, so when making your selection make sure at least one end has a 4-pin connection to plug into the camera.
- If your computer has a small 4-pin firewire connection: Click Here

- If you need a ethernet cord to run to your internet modem: Click Here
- If you need a cable to run from your sound board to capture sound for the live broadcast: Click Here
- Also with the sound cable above, you will need this reducer to plug the cable into so you can plug the cable into your microphone port on your computer: Click Here
Q - Can I view performances that have already been broadcast live?
A - Depends on if the artist will allow us to put it up. They reserve all copyrights to the recorded show and if we have permission then we will put the archive footage up on the site.
Q - What type of connectivity do you have?
A - We utilize the world's most reliable Content Deliver Network providing access points in almost every country on the planet. Redundancy and reliability are comparable to no other CDN.
Q - Do my media viewers need to visit CDPulse.com website?
A - Yes, we allocate data streams for your own venue or artist page hosted on CDPulse.com where your events will be viewable to anyone on the internet in real time.
Q - What Technical Support do you provide?

Q - What streaming formats do you support?
A - We stream in Flash Video Encoder format (*.flv), which is universally recognized as the format used by other video communities such as Youtube.com.
Q - Do you offer a discount for yearly payment?
A - Yes we offer one month free when purchasing a one-year contract. All other accounts are on a month-to-month basis.
Q - What is your pricing?
A - Our Pricing is as follows:
- Venue accounts (showcases, night clubs, bars) are available starting at only $99.95 per month. Band and artists accounts are available starting at only $19.95 per month.
- All accounts are month to month with "no contracts". Contact us at info@cdpulse.com for adding the "Ticket Sales" shopping cart to your account for a "pay per view" income generation for your music business!
- For large concert series, festivals, and big events contact us at info@cdpulse.com for special pricing ! There is no event to big, nor to small for us to assist you in this ground breaking opportunity.
